In my view it seemed like a successful event – the weather was on our side (even though it could have been warmer J), we have kept up with the given programme, and there were no injuries. These are objective facts. To that adds my subjective opinion, which is very positive. Since the very beginning we managed to create a really great atmosphere, with both the participants and the coaches.

This year it was a little bit more difficult, because the number of foreigners was the highest yet. The foreign competitors comprised over an exact half of the competitors. Even though they managed to incorporate into all of the camp activities, on the competitive side they even many times overtook home ‘beasts’ who have attended Vidnava many times already.
I would therefore like to thank all of the coaches (without an exception) for perfect attitude and for the experience of perfect 10 days in Silva O’Camp 2011.

Among others we are for example planning spring training camp and international orienteering event in 1st week of April 2012 in Zlate Hory (Bohemialand).
