⚠️ 3. Medical certificate
In accordance with the new Czech legislation aimed at ensuring the health and safety of children at all outdoor events, we are required to obtain a medical eligibility certificate for each participant.
In practice, this means submitting two documents:
- Medical certificate of fitness for a child to participate in a summer camp – this document must be certified by a doctor. You are welcome to use our sample form or any equivalent document that meets the standards of your country.
- Declaration of Good Health – this document only needs to be signed by a parent or another legal guardian of the child, with no doctor’s visit required.
We understand that visiting a pediatrician before the camp may represent a slight inconvenience for families; however, for Czech participants, this has been a standard practice for several years. If a child already holds a valid medical certificate of fitness from another similar event that is not older than 2 years, it can be accepted.

- Mobile signal at the campsite is limited.
- Daily updates (results, maps, photos) will be posted on the Silva Camp website and social media, so parents can follow along.
